This year, we are participating as sponsors in the Bergamo conference organized by the ODCEC and the Centro Studi Diritto della Crisi, titled “Duties and Fees of Crisis Professionals.” The event is scheduled for June 21st and 22nd at the exclusive location of Teatro Gaetano Donizetti. Professionals and top experts from the legal and academic worlds will address the main novelties related to the negotiated settlement of crises, the role of curators and professionals appointed in the procedure, the crisis composition bodies, and the liquidator of controlled liquidation.
