The conference promoted by the OCI, Observatory on Business Crises, officially opens the 2024 conference season dedicated to professionals in the judicial world. These are prestigious training events, where Gobid Group has the honor to participate as an official sponsor. The appointment is on February 2 and 3 in Bari, inside the Library of the Palace of Justice, with the event “The Crisis Code and Pending Relationships” organized by the OCI together with the Order of Chartered Accountants of Bari, the Chamber of Bankruptcy Procedures, and the Bar Association of Bari.
The sessions focus on different types of contracts, such as banking and financial contracts, procurement and the Public Administration, along with the preliminary contract, leasing, and employment contract. The topics are addressed by illustrious professionals from the legal and academic world.

FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 2:
- 14.15: Opening of the Conference by Vittorio Tarsia – President of the Chamber of Bankruptcy Procedures of Bari
- 14.20: Introductory Greetings. Participants include Alfonso O.M. Pappalardo – President of the Bari Court, Salvatore D’Aluiso – President of the Bar Association of Bari, and Saverio Piccarreta President of ODCEC of Bari
- 15:00: Introductory greeting from the OCI coordination by Massimo Ferro – Counselor of the Court of Cassation
- 15:30: I SESSION. Coordinated by Rosanna Angarano – Counselor of the Court of Cassation. The topic addressed is: Banking and financial contracts. Participants include Aldo Angelo Dolmetta – Full Professor of Private Law at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan. The second part is dedicated to Procurement and contracts with the PA. Monica Cossu – Full Professor of Commercial Law University of Sassari intervenes
SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 3:
- 09.00: II SESSION. Coordinator Antonino La Malfa – President of the Court of Velletri. First focus on the Preliminary Contract. Raffaella Simone – President of the Bankruptcy Section of the Bari Court intervenes. In the second part, Paola Morandi, Researcher of Commercial Law at the University of Brescia, addresses the topic of Leasing while the concluding intervention by Paolo Bonetti, INPS Lawyer, focuses on Employment Contracts.
