Various types of assets are sold every day through these platforms using the online auction mechanism, aiming to achieve the best possible price.

The SCOPE OF APPLICATION, as determined in the Analysis of the context in which Gobid operates, refers to the MANAGEMENT OF TELEMATIC SALES – ONLINE AUCTIONS.

The COMPANY MANAGEMENT, with the support of the Quality Management System Manager, has developed an analysis of the context to examine internal and external factors that impact Gobid’s activities, as well as the security of the managed information, and to identify the related expectations of its clients, customers/users, and suppliers, as well as other stakeholders such as banks and public entities (municipalities), etc.

Risks and their impact on Gobid’s activities have been identified, and Actions have been taken for their containment/reduction or elimination. Please refer to the Risk and Opportunity Analysis, which is issued and annually updated before the customary Management Review conducted at the beginning of each year.

To make the Quality and Information Security Management System (SGQ-SI) operational, the Quality and Information Security Manual (MQ-SI) has been issued. This manual defines the responsibilities, authorities, and organizational interfaces for carrying out all necessary company activities for the proper provision of services, as well as the measures to be taken for Information Security. The manual is followed by the relevant Operating Procedures and Process Sheets that detail the activities, responsibilities, and forms to be used.

The role of Quality Manager (RSGQ) is assigned to the Quality Manager as per the CURRENT ORGANIZATION CHART. The Quality Manager is responsible for managing the Quality-Information Management System, interfacing with various company functions.

The Quality Manager (RSGQ) has the authority to initiate and promote all actions for the ADAPTATION, DEVELOPMENT, and IMPLEMENTATION of the Quality-Information Management System, referring to the Management for the performance of the Management System and any issues that may arise.

Gobid has established long-term OBJECTIVES for Quality and Information Security, making them public by including them in the Quality-Information Security Policy, which is available at the present Link.

Specific objectives, which are medium and short-term, are defined in the Improvement Plans that Gobid develops following the annual Management Review of the Management System prepared by the Quality Manager (RSGQ) and approved by the COMPANY MANAGEMENT.
