On November 17 and 18, a conference titled “Protective and Precautionary Measures in the Code of Business Crisis and Insolvency” is scheduled in Cesenatico (FC), with Gobid Group as the official sponsor. The event will take place at the Grand Hotel Da Vinci, Via Carducci 7. It is organized by S.I.S.C.O. Società Italiana di Studi Concorsuali in collaboration with the Order of Lawyers of Forlì-Cesena and the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Forlì.
This two-day event is entirely dedicated to judicial liquidators and all professionals involved in the liquidation of assets in bankruptcy procedures and business crisis management. It will address the most pressing issues of the moment, such as protective and precautionary measures in the negotiated settlement of crisis in simplified and preventive concordat, and in judicial liquidation.

FRIDAY NOVEMBER 17:
- 10:15: Welcome to participants. Speakers include Prof. Lawyer Angelo Castagnola, Professor of Business Crisis and Insolvency Law at the University of Milan and President of S.I.S.CO, Lawyer Luca Porfiri, President of the Bar Association of Forlì-Cesena, and Dr. Pier Domenico Ricci, President of the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Forlì.
- 10:30: Opening of the conference. Chaired by Prof. Lawyer Angelo Castagnola. The introductory report is by Prof. Lawyer Ilaria Pagni, Professor of Civil Procedural Law at the University of Florence and President of the Commission for the development of proposals for interventions on the Code of Business Crisis and Insolvency.
- 11:45: “Protective and precautionary measures and the unified procedure”. Speaker: Prof. Lawyer Laura Baccaglini, Professor of Civil Procedural Law at the University of Trento.
- 14:30: Resumption of work. Chaired by Prof. Lawyer Roberto Sacchi, former Professor of Commercial Law at the University of Milan. The topic will be “Protective and precautionary measures in the negotiated settlement of crisis”. Speaker: Dr. Francesco Pipicelli, Judge at the Court of Milan.
- 15:15: “Protective and precautionary measures in the simplified and preventive concordat (and in the restructuring plan subject to validation)”. Speaker: Dr. Alessandro Farolfi, Judge attached to the Office of the Digest of the Court of Cassation.
