With the event on May 6 in Milan, held at the Colucci Hall of the Unione Commercanti Headquarters, the cycle of study days for 2024 organized by the Italian Society of Insolvency Studies S.I.S.C.O will come to a close. The training session will be dedicated to “Tax Aspects of the Crisis and Insolvency Code,” a topic of great relevance in the legal debate. The speakers will include Dr. Filippo D’Aquino, Advisor to the Court of Cassation, Dr. Christian Dominici, a chartered accountant in Milan, and Professor Avv. Alberto Maria Gaffuri, Associate Professor of Tax Law at the University of Milano-Bicocca. The session will be introduced by Avv. Edoardo Stauonovo-Polacco.

Opening the series of meetings, on April 8, was the debate on “Negotiated Settlement for the Resolution of Business Crisis,” featuring Dr. Ignazio Arcuri, a chartered accountant in Milan, Avv. Carlo Pavesi, a lawyer in Milan, Dr. Alessandro Solidoro, a chartered accountant in Milan, and Prof. Avv. Elena Marinucci. The series of debates then continued with “The Simplified Agreement” on April 16, featuring Dr. Vincenza Agnese, Magistrate of the Milan Court, Dr. Danilo Cannella, a chartered accountant in Milan, Avv. Davide Lambicchi, a lawyer in Milan, and Prof. Avv. Angelo Castagnola. On April 22, the topic was “Liquidation Value in the Crisis and Insolvency Code” with the presence of Prof. Avv. Iacopo Donati, Associate Professor of Commercial Law at the University of Siena, Dr. Sergio Rossetti, Magistrate of the Milan Court, Dr. Alessandro Turchi, a chartered accountant in Milan, and Prof. Avv. Roberto Sacchi.
