UI/UX Designer

For the Tech & Innovation department, we are currently looking for a UI/UX Designer. The ideal candidate will contribute to the creation of Gobid Group’s web products, working closely with the Marketing team. Our company is constantly growing, and we are looking for new talents. Responsibilities:

  • Help transform ideas into high-level prototypes using wireframes, mock-ups, customer journeys, and/or flows.
  • Define and design the user experience based on best practices and market standards.
  • Create sketches, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to document the user experience for project development and user testing.
  • Analyze user behavior and extract trends, issues, suggestions, and opportunities.
  • Monitor the quality of the user experience and identify areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to the development of guidelines for our design system and ensure their application across all projects.
  • Prepare documentation, create wireframes/prototypes, and test the proposed solutions.

Requirements:

  • Educational background in UX/UI Design.
  • Strong technical knowledge of the web and its components.
  • Excellent understanding of User Interfaces (UI) and Interaction Design (ID), particularly in web and software.
  • Proficiency in major prototyping and design software, especially Figma and Adobe XD (or similar).
  • Familiarity with major tracking software, particularly Google Analytics, CrazyEgg, GetFeedback.
  • Knowledge of service and experience design methodologies (Design Thinking, User testing, Customer Journey).
  • Sensitivity and inclination for user research and feedback analysis.
  • Holistic vision and strong goal orientation.
