The Bar Association of Busto Arsizio, the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts, in collaboration with Gobid Group, are organizing an important training event dedicated to delegated professionals. On Monday, March 4th, in the exclusive location of the Sala Tramogge of the Molini Marzoli complex in Busto Arsizio, Judges, Lawyers, and Professionals from the legal world will discuss the most relevant topics in the field of Real Estate Executions. It will be a valuable moment of reflection and updating for all professionals.
The meeting will start at 3:00 PM. Opening the debate will be the Gobid Group delegates, Dr. Valeria Fiata and Dr. Agnese Bernabucci. The moderator will be Prof. Lawyer Arturo Maniaci, Professor of Private Law at the University of Milan. Dr. Milton Cosimo D’Ambra, Judge of the Real Estate Executions Section of the Busto Arsizio Court, will intervene on the topic: “the foreclosure of the undivided share”.
“The case of historical and artistic pre-emption” will instead be the theme of the intervention by Lawyer Giovanni Piazza, Lawyer of the Milan Bar, member of the Executions Commission of the Milan Bar Association. Concluding the debate will be Dr. Maria Vittoria Bruno, President of the Real Estate Executions Commission of the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Busto Arsizio. Her intervention will be dedicated to the tax relationship between the buyer and the treasury.
