Gobid Group, as the main sponsor, organizes a convention dedicated to professionals in judicial sales on the key themes set by the Corporate Crisis and Insolvency Code: Conference title: “Negotiated Composition. Areas and Operational Profiles.” The event will take place on May 31, 2024, in Porto San Giorgio (FM) at the splendid setting of the municipal theater and will involve nationally prominent figures from the world of Bankruptcy Procedures and sectoral Jurisprudence, such as university lecturers, lawyers, and accountants.
The conference is sponsored by the Municipality of Porto San Giorgio and realized thanks to the collaboration with the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Fermo and the Bar Association of Fermo.
Participation grants educational credits to members of the aforementioned orders.
The conference will conclude with a Dinner Gala at the beautiful historic location of Villa Bonaparte, with a welcome aperitif, dinner, and entertainment with music.
